The frame inside the clean area has M6 nuts embedded, allowing for the fixing of parts and shelves even after installation (standard products only; please provide separate instructions for custom products). The cleanliness level is Class 100, and the filter consists of one clean module unit and one pre-filter, with a dust collection efficiency of over 99.97% at 0.3μm.
